Jason Soman is the Founder and Managing Member of Accounting & Valuation LLC.

Jason has spent his entire career focused on advising attorneys, business owners and high net worth individuals on matters involving business valuation and forensic accounting, in the context of marital dissolution, commercial litigation, estate/gift taxation and for transaction purposes.

 

Over his career, Jason has regularly defended his analyses and conclusions for clients in high stakes situations and has testified as an expert witness in court.

 

Before starting Accounting & Valuation LLC, Jason spent his career at prestigious CPA and consulting firms training under the nation’s leading experts in business valuation and forensic accounting. Jason earned his bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and from Queens College and has completed a certificate program in Advanced Valuation with NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is a CPA licensed in Florida and New York, Accredited in Business Valuation, Accredited Senior Appraiser, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® professional.

 

When Jason’s away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and spoiling his wife, daughter and toy poodle.
